We offer a variety of social media management packages - from content supplied to you through to full bells-and-whistles management. The latter includes engagement with your audience and monthly analytics to help you better understand your business' social media standing. We do it alongside you, with your business mission and goals, and your brand tone and voice in mind. You can be confident your baby is in good hands.

We also offer social media audit services, copywriting, proofreading and media release writing, as well as email marketing and workshops.

Once you've shown interested in our services, we set up a Discovery Meeting. We'll come to your business and get to know each other better to make sure we're the right fit. You can tell us about your goals in working with us and we can better help you understand what we do. After you have decided on the SMM services you'd like to engage us for (we can always customise something for you!), we can go about creating your first month of content. The three most popular packages (Emerge, Connect and Grow) have a Minimum Engagement Period of three months, but we schedule your content and invoice you monthly, and you sign off on everything in advance; nothing goes live without your tick of approval. At the end of each month we'll help you go over your insights and analytics and see how we're tracking.

It depends on which package you choose. Regardless, we'll always schedule a Discovery Meeting with you to get to know your business better. If we're going to champion your cause - we want to be as knowledgeable and passionate about what you do as you are.

If we're creating and posting content on your behalf, not just supplying it to you, we will need access to your social media platforms. We'll also set up a Dropbox for you to upload any relevant content (business photography, logos, artwork, portfolio etc.) so we can access this when creating your content.

We use an external social media scheduling service, and we'll schedule your content in advance (usually four weeks at a time), after you've signed off on it. We'll use a mixture of Posts, Stories, Reels etc. to inform, entertain and connect with your audience and grow your online community! And we'll track this with important analytics at the end of each month so we all know how we're going. We'll also engage with your audience a certain number of times each week (depending on the package you've chosen).

We're passionate about regional Victoria, and what we don't know, we will quickly learn. We're clever like that.
